One of these is not like the others

Just before the Diamond Giveaway site went down the first time, I ordered some of my cards. Twenty-five of them to be exact. I would have ordered all of them, but Topps will only send 25 at one time. That's a nice way to screw us out of more postage, but this isn't a Topps bashing post.

Thanks to this shipment, I now have, in hand, the complete Texas Rangers Die Cut collection.

You may remember this one I picked up in an offline trade with Jeff.

Here are the rest of the die-cuts. It is oh so nice to have them in hand. The cards...I'm talking about the cards.

Nelson Cruz
Vladimir Guerrero
Michael Young
Neftali Feliz

One of these die cuts is not like the others.

Adrian Beltre
Ian Kinsler
Josh Hamilton
Tony Gwynn.

Wait, Tony Gwynn? That's right, he's not a Ranger, but I unlocked him and already had all the Rangers so I kept him. As a matter of fact, I worked out an off-line deal for him quite a while back. The problem is, I can't remember who it was with so if it was you, please let me know! I think I can backtrack and figure it out, but it would be easier if that person read this post and left a comment.

I have to say, it's pretty amazing to see all of them laid out on the table. It's one part of the Diamond Giveaway I was very happy about and I'll show you the other part a little later.

I'll have the second February contest post up around 5:30 this afternoon. It's not too late to answer the first question. Good luck!

  1. If it wasn't Fuji, i'm sure he'd be interested!

And companies are only as strong as their customers, topps need to realize this.
